Happy valentine’s day! As a self-confessed romantic, today is one of my favourites. Now I know there’s a lot of hate out there for this particular ‘pathetic, superficial, commercial’ holiday, so I’m gonna (attempt to) convince you to love Valentine’s as much as me. And if that fails…at least we can agree that nothing beats chocolate mousse right?
