Hey friends!

Happy Easter! How have you been? I’m really excited to be home for the holidays (ahem, “study break.”) I can’t believe I’ve already been at Uni for 6 weeks! I have so much to tell you…but first let’s talk food. This week I’ve got an excellent (eggcellent did you say?) cookie recipe to share. Happy valentine’s day! As a self-confessed romantic, today is one of my favourites. Now I know there’s a lot of hate out there for this particular ‘pathetic, superficial, commercial’ holiday, so I’m gonna (attempt to) convince you to love Valentine’s as much as me. And if that fails…at least we can agree that nothing beats chocolate mousse right?

When it’s all over… waffles

Hello friends!

Firstly, I hope you had a lovely Christmas. I hope you felt as stuffed as your turkey, as joyful as your bubbly grape juice and treasured the special time with your family. We had a rather extravagant Christmas (as usual) in our household. I ate my fair share of turkey, pumpkin fritters and Christmas pudding(s)…and if any of you are like me then you might be feeling a little glum (and full) after the festivities have died down. Cheeky chia puddings

Hello friends!

I have to apologize firstly. I had every intention of making this post a savoury one, but then life happened. I officially finished school this week (sob/hooray.) Leading up to our final day I was all, “I’m not gonna cry, I never cry.” Hahahahahaha! There I was, weeping like the big, soppy wuss I am! Then I had to face the awful tragedy of exams…hitting the books again. So all in all this week called for a dose of comfort food, and by comfort food I mean chia puddings.
