I’m a passionate foodie currently studying my undergraduate degree in Food Science and Nutrition.
After suffering with disordered eating for several years, I decided enough was enough. I was sick and tired of always obsessing over what I ate. I’d had enough of the ‘Health and Wellness’ industry parading low-carb cardboard and ‘detoxifying’ green juice as healthy living. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to being healthy. I’m not gonna ask you to starve yourself, cut out whole food groups or buy some hooty-tooty ‘superfood.’
Instead, I will show you the kind of lifestyle that is attainable and enjoyable for everyone.

I love that you are using your journey to inspire others to live healthier lives. My husband went to school for Food and Nutrition. He graduated from high school overweight and decided to eat healthier and exercise more. It payed off! He now works in food and nutrition at a hospital helping patients get the meals that best fit their dietary needs. I am looking forward to following along on your journey trough this blog!
